"Hello, it is Despina and Manolis from Kefalonia.
We run a group of 5 apartments and 2 studios situated in Karavomylos, a fishing
village just 1,5km from Sami, the main port of the island.
We are only 100m from the sea. From the balconies of our apartments you can
enjoy the view of the sea and the island of Ithaca or of the village and mount
Ainos.
The apartments are double, triple or four bedded. Each one has its own balcony,
equipped kitchen and fridge. They are all Air conditioned and have satellite
TV. All have private bathrooms and hot water all day long. The cleaning service
is held on a daily basis -except Sundays- keeping the hygiene standards high.
Change of laundry takes place every three days.
On the ground floor there is a garden overlooking the sea where you can relax
enjoying our local wine or using the barbecue to have a special night with
your family or friends. There is also a small playgroud for children.
In our village you can find a bakery, a mini market, coffee bar and tavernas
serving traditional dishes. The wonderful beach of Antisamos is only 2,5 km
from us and you can enjoy water sports at Agia Paraskevi beach which is at
3.5 km. In addition the famous Melissani lake is within 500m.
Karavomylos is the most suitable place to stay if you are interested in making
excursions around the island as it equal distance from most parts of Kefalonia.
Our hospitality is friendly and we make our guests feel comfortable providing
them with the best they deserve.
