In beautiful countryside, on the outskirts of the traditional and tranquil hamlet of Evreti, just 5klm from the cosmopolitan and extremely picturesque port of Fiscardo, a beautiful villa is being completed. The Villa Astria, together with its annexe house, Luna, are set on a wooded hillside, home to cypress and pine trees, which shelves down to the sea, offering superb views across to nearby Ithaca.

Villa Astria, of original and most attractive design, has been furnished to provide extremely comfortable accommodation and is equipped to the highest standards. The annexe building, Luna, is available for a further 4 persons if required. In the event that Astria is booked alone, Luna will remain closed, however the two are always let together for up to 10 persons during the peak season period (July&August).
The location of this property is excellent, offering easy access by car to Fiscardo and several idyllic bays and coves within easy walking distance via traditional stone pathways.

The main two story villa has two entrances . On the ground level there is:
One large bedroom with a full bath and a spacious walk in closet,
Fully fitted kitchen leading down to split level livingroom. Both leading out to the pool terrace and barbeque area and offering exceptional views.

Second floor:
Master bedroom with full bathroom a large walk in closet with doors leading to a
covered terrace which offers the opportunity for relaxation whilst enjoying the view . across to Ithaca and along the stunning eastern coast of Kefalonia
The third bedroom with a full bathroom and doors leading to the covered terrace.

Luna (annexe) Sleeps up to a further 4 persons (max 10 including Villa Astria). A very attractive gound floor property with 2 spacioius bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and their own balcony. The open plan kitchen leads to the livingroom with fireplace and this area leads directly onto the pool and terrace areas.

Over looking the crystal blue swimming pools you can enjoy wonderful views across the channel to mysterious Ithaca.
